In emergency situations, our in-home nurses are trained to assess whether dialing 911 is necessary to ensure help is on the way, and able to provide first aid until help arrives.

To ensure consistent coverage and uninterrupted care for our clients, our staffing model involves a team of nurses and care providers working together to meet our clients' needs. We believe strong communication and trust are the foundations of a good care plan, and do our best to communicate any changes or special circumstances that may arise.

We build a comprehensive patient profile to determine the care required for each patient. Specific situations call for specific expertise, and we offer both skilled and unskilled in-home assistance based on the level of need. Our practitioners can assist with medication reminders by unskilled nurses and medication management and administration by skilled nurses; caring for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, post-surgical wound care, and other conditions.

Perfect Care Nursing accepts private pay, CCSP, SOURCE, VA, LTC – with companies such as Genworth and Mutual of Omaha, for example. We also accept Medicare Advantage plan Part C if the client has added in-home care as a premium.
