Our Inspiration

Perfect Care Nursing is a family owned and operated company, founded in 2012 by Joanna Fuller-Crawford and inspired by her grandmother, Anna Waters. Anna was a self-made home healthcare nurse who went on to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. From her Joanna learned the value of education and the value of providing care to those in need. Today, Perfect Care Nursing’s mission reflects those values.

Kevin and Joanna will make sure that your family will receive the same care and service that they would want for their own family.

Joanna Fuller-Crawford

CEO

Joanna has 20 years of nursing and in-home care experience. She is a Registered Nurse and holds a BS in Nursing and has as an MBA. Before dedicating herself to Perfect Care Nursing, Joanna worked as an emergency room nurse at Grady Hospital, an in-home nurse, and as the clinical manager in a dialysis clinic. She brings all of this expertise to bear when hiring and training Perfect Care Nursing’s care providers, assessing patient needs, working with families, and leading the company.

Joanna plays an active role in the community, serving as the Health Ministry Leader for Spread the Word Christian Ministries, coordinating the inaugural AKA, Inc./Tau Epsilon Omega Health Summit, and volunteering at HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. She has also volunteered as a nurse for Camp Cadi an organization who works with survivors of sexual abuse.

Kevin Fuller

COO

Kevin brings a deep understanding of business operations to his role at Perfect Care Nursing. Kevin got his start in the business world as an entrepreneur owning a janitorial service franchise. As his career evolved, Kevin went on to serve as President & CEO of Electronic Environments, a leader in the electronic automation and IT industry, where he managed day-to-day operations.

A few years back, Kevin stepped up to help his Uncle Robert as he was struggling with some of the challenges of aging. This opened Kevin’s eyes to what seniors face today – from avoiding fraud to finding quality care – it’s not easy. Kevin knew right away that he wanted to find a way to help others like Robert. So, as Perfect Care Nursing began to grow, Kevin enthusiastically came on as COO. This role presents him with an opportunity to utilize his skills at growing and developing businesses while following his calling to help to provide care for those who can’t take care of themselves.
